• 15 or more days prior to check in date No cancellation charges- full refund.
• 10 - 14 days prior to check in date - 75% refund.
• 5 - 9 days prior to check in date - 50% refund.
• Less than 5 days- no refund. Cancellation fees are calculated on the total value of the reservation made.

REFUNDS

All refunds shall be processed as per the cancellation policy in 7 bank working days.
